1. Can I change or cancel an order?

When an order is sent to us from our site, we are generally unable to change or cancel your order. The order is automatically processed as soon as you press "Place Order." You may contact us if you wish to make a change. However, due to the above, we cannot guarantee your order will be changed. If you need to change/exchange or return an item that you ordered in error, please return it to us as soon as you receive it. If you want to add an item to a recently placed order, please place a new order.

 

2. Can I receive a sale price adjustment on a previous purchase?

We apologize, but we are unable to honor price adjustments after you have made you order.

 

3. How are our orders shipped?

Orders will be shipped within three business days after payment has cleared. We will do our very best to wrap all your items in a very careful manner so there isn’t any risk for damage during the delivery process. Please be aware that we will not be held responsible for any damage or loss occurring during the shipment.

 

 

Return Policy

1.Please do take note: due to the hand-designed, unique nature of the pieces we create, the real product may vary from the photographs that are featured on the website.

 

2.Quality and customer satisfaction are prized above all. With that, we will do all that we can to make your experience with us satisfying and enjoyable. If in anyway you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us before leaving feedback, and we will do our best to fix the problem.

 

3.Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be returned only with registered mail with tracking number in a new and unused condition in the original packaging. Please contact us to request a refund. Shipping fee should be expensed at your own cost.

 

4.Refunds will not be issued if the returned items are in used condition or altered or damaged in any way, and if the returning shipping and packaging method is different than previous mentioned.

 

5.No returns accepted or refunds given for custom made or made-to-order items.

 

6.Making an order to Ohleaf online shop automatically means that you have read and accepted the shop policies as a contract between seller and buyer.
